Justin “Big J” Wayoro founded The Big J Company in the summer of 2003. His vision for The Big J Company was and still is to provide multimedia services with the exceptional production value at the most competitive prices available. His focus on content, structure, and precision editing, surpass the competition providing a quality beyond most clients’ expectations. His team of professionals applies passion, education, and imagination to create a new level of quality and a unique style that is The Big J Company signature. The power of the dedication, creativity and positive attitude guides projects to new levels. The Big J Company began in the Metropolitan area of Washington, D.C., after Wayoro received his degree in Visual Communications. Additional education through Los Angeles Film Schools raised the bar for video production. Committed to giving a higher level of service, Wayoro continues to explore new ideas and adapt new technology to design visual media that entertains, educates and casts a spell with the magic of visual imagery. Wayoro adamantly believes in giving back and involves The Big J Company in community fundraisers, charity events, and youth programs. Wayoro believes that giving back through community action creates an incredible return that has no price tag. Events for children secure the future, according to Wayoro. He is intent on touching lives to share his blessings.

John-Peter Cabaniss is fascinated with light and story-telling. Bursting on the scene in Southern California in 2007, Cabaniss quickly connected with industry giants who appreciated his creative talents. The need to express through visual media leads him to work in film and video production to hone his skills. This humble artist brings quality and precision all of his projects. His quiet “taking care of it” attitude makes him indispensable to the Big J Company. Ethics and attention to the smallest detail are the basis of his powerful images. He is spear heading THE ALLIANCE INITIATIVE, as well as our new PRODUCER’S INCENTIVE. His marketing public relations experience had propelled him to his new role as DIRECTOR of OPERATIONS.    WRITER AND DIRECTOR: REBECCA BOYK      

Rebecca Boyk has been involved in art and theater since childhood and has a natural eye for directing. Rebecca strives for perfection and has a natural talent for bringing the right people together and motivating them to turn out exceptional productions time after time. Rebecca is determined and passionate about her work. She is detail-oriented with precision follow-though. Her crews describe her passion as the biggest motivation to keep going day after day. Rebecca arrives with a smile and a to-do list list, but always manages to keep her crew and cast happy and ready for more. Rebecca Boyk joined The Big J Company in the early summer of year 2007. Through her effort and work with The Big J Company, she is converting her own ideas and real-life experiences to provide a basis for people to improve their lives.

   MARKETING DIRECTOR: SHERYLE DOLLEY    

Sheryl Dolley, Director of Marketing for The Big J Company, is a writer and a marketing strategist for small business. Precision verbiage and persuasive communication have carved a place for her as the resident wordsmith. Marketing, script design and creative market strategies to propel clients to successful outcomes are her passion.  Justin met Sheryl at a photo shoot. They attended red carpet events and industry gala throughout the winter of 2006. By the spring of 2007, they were drawn together by the drive to excel. Sharing projects for clients with impossible dreams and extraordinary ideas, Sheryl became the voice of The Big J Company. Her penchant for words that build dreams brought a union between the skilled videography of The Big J Company and the writer. The joint effort has produced remarkable results for clients. Imagination, words and precision videography are the forces that spur the successes of clients who collaborate with The Big J Company. The fusion of Sheryl Dolley and The Big J Company raises the bar for video and creates a new level of performance for music video and corporate training. 

 CASTING DIRECTOR AND MEDIA SUPERVISOR:  PHONICIAL WASHINGTON    

Phonicial (fa-nee-sa) Washington was born in Manheim, Germany and raised in Waldorf, Maryland. A penchant for fashion, Phonicial was drawn to the industry from childhood. Vote Miss Photogenic in a beauty pageant, Phonicial knew her calling and quickly moved ahead of the competition. In 2006, she was asked to model for Roca Wear Plus © in New York. The industry loved her for print and runway, and she was soon asked to model for Baby Phat ©. She now tours with Ebony Fashion Fair. Phonicial connected with Justin Wayoro in the D.C. Metropolitan area and the two formed a special friendship. Both had drive and vision. Justin was involved in visual media and Phonicial joined the team to provide words to propel visual images and media releases. Committed to the success of The Big J Company, they each support their end of the collaboration to create enchantment.
